November Newsletter
This email contains an introduction to our returning esthetician, Ms. Jenny, and our new massage therapists, Ms. Stephanie and Mr. Corey. We also talk about some upcoming changes to our policy that will be applied in 2026 as well as our official waitlist form!
New Policies for 2026
In 2025, we will be making some changes in the Four Leaf Wellness policy.
-
New Schedule Opening System
Our first major announcement is that we will be switching from a monthly scheduling system to an automatic rolling schedule in 2026, open for 60 days ahead!
-
Late Cancellation Policy
We will also be making a change to our 24-hour late cancellation policy, from 24 hours to 48 hours before your appointment. Unfortunately, it is difficult to find a client for our therapists within 24 hours and the therapist does not get paid.
The $30 late cancellation or no-show fee remains the same.
-
Credit Card on File
Starting 2026, we will be requiring a credit card on file for all clients in the case of a late cancellation or no-show. The front desk will begin asking for your credit card information in December.
If you have already provided your card information to us, we will continue to use the one provided.

Regarding Notifications
No-Reply Automatic Message
Please do not respond to text messages you receive from (866) 759-5887, reminding you about your appointments. We do not receive your response, as the messages are automated from Wix's number and not us.
If you would like to contact us, please send us an email or call us (if you call us before/after office hours, we will get back to you as soon as possible).
Cancelled Booking Reminders
We have also received messages about people receiving their reminder emails for cancelled appointments. We appreciate those who let us know and apologize for the inconvenience. You can check the status of the booking when you log in to our website, but you can also contact us to check.
Unfortunately, our hosting site Wix has provided us with no support and we are still working to figure out the issue. Again, if you have any questions, please feel free to reach out and we appreciate the kind feedback we have received so far!
You will get 3 Reminders!
We have also started sending out 3-day reminders before your appointments! We hope that this will help with the number of late cancellations and rescheduling. These will be on top of the text and email reminders sent 24-hours before.
Our late cancellation/no show policy is that any no show or late cancellation within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a $30 fee. If you do not receive the reminders, please confirm your email and cell-phone number with us.
If You Receive an Invoice without a Separate Email from Us...
Whenever we update your fee or add your copayment, Wix sends an invoice automatically without the dates or service details. It is the fee for your current or upcoming session and you can pay after your session. We will contact you via email and/or phone call if there is any fee issued or overdue. Thank you for your understanding.
Have you booked your September schedule yet?
As a reminder, online bookings open on the first Thursday of each month at 5 PM for the following month’s schedule.

Please note: Insurance Massage appointments will be mindfully limited to one session per week per client. Thank you for your understanding and continued support.

Website Update!
We recently updated our website with some new pages under the "Library" sector. We now have a section introducing acupuncture, talking about massages and muscle pain, strategies on reducing uric acid levels, and an FAQ on Aqua Peeling!
High uric acid levels (above 6.8 mg/dL) is known as hyperuricemia. It is a condition that can cause urine and blood to become acidic and lead to health complications like kidney ailments or gout. While medical intervention is often recommended, simple home remedies can help to reduce uric acid levels naturally!
We will also be adding a News Letter page to the Library section as well as adding more health information and tips in the future! If you have any questions or suggestions for the website or news letter, we would love to hear your feedback.
