For Military, Senior, Children, and Choose Healthy (Kaiser or Cigna) Program Massage appointment times are subject to change within 15 minutes of the request. We will inform you by email if we change the time.
Cancellation Policy
Rescheduling and Cancellation: You are required to reschedule or cancel appointments at least 48 hours in advance. This can be done through our online booking system or by contacting us directly via phone or email. Late-Cancellations and No-Shows: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment, as well as no-shows may be subject to a $30 fee or deduction of purchased package. SMS Notifications: By scheduling an appointment with us, you consent to receive SMS Notifications related to your appointment, including reminders, updates, or follow-ups. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
